Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of modern yoga with postures/asanas that are held for longer periods of time, from 45 seconds up to 5 minutes or more. Yin Yoga will increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. There is a more meditative approach to this style of yoga, bringing awareness of inner silence through every breath and movement. WHO THIS CLASS IS FOR: For All Yoga Instructors wanting to enhance their offerings. For students who love Yin Yoga and want to deepen their understanding. For the experienced Yogi looking to advance their training. New Instructors looking for guidance and support. All Lovers of Yin Yoga!
