Nov. 11th & 12th 1:00 to 7:00pm Immerse yourself in the joy, theory, and practice of teaching Restorative Yoga. Learn to guide yourself and others into the deepest layers of ease and relaxation.  Restorative yoga provides an important balance that supports conscious relaxation, healing, and rejuvenation. In this two-day course, you will learn both down-regulating and up-regulating restorative poses, how to help your students settle into each pose, and how to enhance their relaxation with additional props. Certified through Yoga Alliance Valid for 12 CEU’s Taught by Maryanna Harrington Cost: $350 plus tax Any Deposit & Tuition paid to date are non-refundable after Oct. 11th, 2023
